Vote on February 8, 2023

A hearty ‘well done’ to Freemasons Victoria volunteers and staff who have assembled a comprehensive information package that is being sent out today (Friday).
The package includes a 4-page covering letter which explains the methods of voting for the February 8 vote on Constitutional Reforms.

The package also includes an 88-page booklet which thoroughly explains the Motion for Constiutional Reforms.

The package is going out by email today. It is also being mailed via Australia Post to the 911 members who do not have an email address registered.
The packages can also be read by using the links below. Every Victorian Freemason has access to the information packages.

Similarly, every Freemason across Victoria will have the opportunity to vote.
Method A: Vote by smart phone, computer or device.
Method B: Vote by voice using a normal landline or mobile phone.

Votes can be cast over three days: Mon., Feb. 6, Tue., Feb. 7 and Wed., Feb. 8.
The independent Vero Voting organisation, which operates worldwide, will provide a Help Desk on 1300 702 898 on those days.
Members can speak with a real human. To vote by phone the members will need to quote their Membership Number, which can be obtained through their Lodge Secretary.
Members can view the Quarterly Communication by live streaming at 7.30pm on Wed., Feb. 8, 2023.

All of these arrangements have been under the oversight of the independent Constitution Transition Team.
This has been headed by Harry Jenkins AO, former Speaker of the Australian House of Representatives.
