1. This Week

• The Grand Master will be officiating at Installations at Melton (Thurs.) and Garibaldi (Saturday).
• The Grand Master, Anthony Bucca, will be accompanied by Grand Director Harry Blatt at the Vice-Regal Dais at the Shrine of Remembrance on Tuesday (ANZAC Day).
• The Grand Master attended the Chapter and Mark Grand Installations at The Pullman, Albert Park, last weekend.
• A lecture on ‘Rhetoric’, one of seven liberal arts and sciences, will be delivered by Grand Master to the Victorian Lodge of Research next month.
• A Combined Orders Dinner, the first in three years, will be held at East Melbourne on Wednesday, June 14.
• An Installation is taking place at Deniliquin (NSW) on the May 26-28 weekend, tyling at 3pm on Saturday, May 27. A ladies afternoon tea function ($20) will be hosted by local Mayor, Cr Peta Betts. The banquet ($40) will take place from 6.30pm at the Deniliquin RSL private dining room.

• The Grand Master briefly dropped in by Zoom on Tuesday night (Apr. 18) to pay his respects to the Masonic Council meeting.

• Freemasons Victoria mourns the passing of Fr Bob Maguire, 88. FV and the Freemasons Victoria Foundation have been supporters of his Foundation’s work towards feeding and clothing the less advantaged.
• You do not have to be a member of a Schools lodge to attend the Combined Schools Lodges meeting at 7.30pm on Thursday, May 4. Deputy Grand Master Peter Henshall will be guest speaker. Tickets are $40 which includes professional catering and beverages. BOOK
