1. Grand Master’s Doings
• Grand Master Richard Elkington has recorded his latest video. WATCH

• Richard Elkington visited Sunbury Lodge’s latest Zoom meeting. Highlights included Ian Brown‘s presentation on the Mark and Royal Arch degrees, an introduction of three candidates who spoke of values and principles for life, a talk by Rob Hamilton who lectures about Freemasonry on cruise ships, and discussion about the potential for a joint Lodge/commercial arrangement in Sunbury.
• There were discussions about Kring Nieuwe Holland, using Salesian College at the former Rupertswood for Masonic events, public processions, the Super Weekend in December for First Degrees, and vaccinations.

• Richard is to present at 80-year jewel to Tom Henry, 102, at the Mordialloc Lodge of Charity meeting at 7.30pm on Tuesday (Oct. 12). ZOOM Meeting ID: 538 524 0329.  Passcode: Boaz

• Friday, October 22 is the deadline to lodge Expressions of Interest for the five Masonic Council positions, and three Commercial Council positions. Charters and Position Descriptions were published in last Friday’s Freemasons Victoria EDM (Electronic Direct Message), emailed last Friday (Oct. 8).

• There is a vacancy for the District Co-Ordinator for District 103 (Loddon).
• Congratulations to Williamstown Lodge on their newsletter, The Chronicle. The latest edition includes a profile on Pete Murdoch.

• The Installation of the Victorian Chapter of the Order of Jacques De Molay was held by Zoom last Saturday, with Grand Master Richard Elkington in attendance, along with a number of distinguished guests from overseas jurisdictions.
