1. This Week
• The Grand Master, Anthony Bucca, visited Maryborough Lodge last night (Tuesday). He visited at St Andrews in the South at Geelong last Saturday.
• The Grand Master will host the Combined Teams Dinner tonight (Wed.) at Freemasons Melbourne.
• The Grand Master will be the King David Lodge on Monday (June 19) for the lecture by Assoc. Prof. Ramesh Mark Natarja.

• The Grand Master will be greeting hundreds of Brethren who have booked for the Quarterly Communication to be held at Freemasons Bayside at 7.30pm on Wednesday, June 21. Free event. BOOK
• The Grand Master encourages all to book for the Exemplification Day (no cost) to be held at 1.30pm on Saturday, June 24 at Freemasons Melbourne. BOOK
• The annual Synagogue Service will be held at 10am on Saturday, July 1, at Temple Beth Israel. Free, BOOK
• The Grand Master will travel to Mildura for the 100-year celebration and Reconsecration at Freemasons Sunraysia (Irymple) on Saturday, July 8.
• The Grand Master and his Deputy intend to travel to Sydney on the September 16-17 weekend for the Re-Installation of Leslie Hicks as Grand Master. The team was unable to attend the Installation of MWBro Hicks due to COVID restrictions last year. The Grand Master would welcome any team members who wish to form a delegation to travel that weekend with him.

2. Pithy Paragraphs

• The vote for the Masonic Council and the Commercial Council will take place from 9am on Wednesday, June 21.
• The 10 nominees for the five positions on the Masonic Council are: Peter Grounds, Robert Woolley, Jack Aquilina, Ronen Jackimowicz, Norm Wittingslow, Eric Williams, John Rodrigo, Domenic Donato, William Lodge and Jonathan Ivanyi.• The 6 nominees for the three positions on the Commercial Council are: Felix Pintado, Hank Van Ravenstein, Trevor Somerville, Chris Dzanovski, Joseph Farrah and Richard Skinner.
• Antient York Lodge
members used the holiday weekend to clean, dust, sweep, paint, repair, mow and whipper snip at Freemasons Preston.
Lodge Amicus will hold a social afternoon at Freemasons Bayside this Friday (June 16).

3. ‘Have You Anything To Communicate?’

King’s Birthday Honours were awarded to Kevin Bye (Lowan Lodge), Robert Millen (Baden Powell Lodge) and Leslie Kelly (Lara). Please advise the Grand Secretary’s office of any other members of the Victorian Masonic family who were honours recipients.
Bill Garlick advises that the Berwick Balcara Lodge Installation has been put back one week to July 15, tyling at 3.30pm. Banquet fee is $35. A Trybooking page will be used.
Ian Brown, Grand Superintendent of Education, advises that a forum of Installed Masters will be held at 6pm-7pm on Wednesday, June 21, ahead of the Quarterly Communication at Freemasons Bayside. The forum will explain the Installation Ceremony, the Hollow Square and other matters.
